Volkslieder

In 2004 Bobo recorded old german folk songs (Volkslieder). Currently there is no offical album release, but a limited edition was on sale on the 2004 tour of Bobo in White Wooden Houses.

The musicians recording this project were:

• Bobo - vocals, guitar
• Sebastian Herzfeld - piano, accordion, bass, slide guitar, steelplates, trumpet
• >Ulrike Haage - piano (on "Der schwere Traum")

For this project, Bobo has been researching in old sources, looking for songs about love, longing and death. Old? You can take this literally - the oldest reference in the interview goes back to the year 1777.
